1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2" hunk fresh turmeric
2" hunk fresh ginger
3 black peppercorns
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 star anise
Sweetener - honey, maple syrup, or coconut sugar
- Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
- Place in a small saucepan over medium-high heat while stirring.
- Sweeten with honey, maple syrup, or coconut sugar.
- Pour into your mug of choice and top with cinnamon and 1 piece of star anise.
